What does shipping cost?
Free shipping from €60 within the Netherlands, max. 2 working days with PostNL parcel service including track & trace.
For shipping to Belgium, Germany and France, a charge of 5 euros applies. (Total cost is 13 euros) Free for orders over 99 euros.
For shipping to the United States, a charge of 10 euros applies. (Total cost is 20 euros)

Can I have a piece of jewelery wrapped as a gift?
Yes, all jewelry will be packed in a beautiful jewelry box and wrapped as a gift.

What materials are worked with?
GOLD JEWELRY
For the gold jewelry, I use 9k gold, 14k gold, 14k gold filled, and gold vermeil.

Gold filled is an American standard where the thickness of the gold must be at least 1/20th or 5% of the total weight. In a strictly controlled process, 14 karat gold is mechanically bonded to a base metal (usually copper) through heat and pressure.
It is therefore an alloy and not a layer that easily wears off. All gold-filled components come from respected suppliers.
Gold-filled is also well tolerated by people who are allergic to metals other than gold.
SILVER JEWELRY
For the silver jewelry, I use 925 sterling silver or 925 sterling silver with a thick layer of gold that does not wear off quickly.
All jewelry is 100% hypoallergenic and free of nickel and lead.

Warranty & Returns
Do I have a warranty?
The handmade jewellery can, of course, always be repaired should anything break. Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty as this is caused by the skin's acidity, which differs for each person.
Modifications made by the consumer, deliberate destruction, or cleaning of jewellery with unsuitable products are not covered by the warranty.
What is the return policy?
All products displayed in the webshop have a 14-day return period.
Custom designs are not eligible for return. These can only be ordered upon request (via, for example, the contact form or by telephone) and are not shown in the webshop.
